👋 Meet Dr. Aymach (pronounced “I-Mac”)

Dr. Aymach is a board-certified orthodontist with over 15 years of experience helping kids, teens, and adults smile with confidence. Known for his calm, caring manner, he’s the kind of doctor who makes kids feel at ease in the chair and gives parents peace of mind. Patients often say he blends world-class training with a down-to-earth, approachable style—and that’s exactly how he wants it to feel at Wow Orthodontics & Wisdom Teeth.

Dr. Aymach is proud to call Virginia home. His journey has taken him across the globe. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from dental school, he began his orthodontic training in 2005. His passion for learning earned him a full scholarship from the Japanese Ministry of Education—an honor given to only one dentist in his class. He went on to train at Tohoku University, one of Japan’s top schools, where he specialized in jaw surgery and earned a Ph.D.—a rare achievement held by fewer than 1% of orthodontists.

That oral surgery training became a huge part of his career. In addition to orthodontics, Dr. Ayman has extensive experience in tooth extractions and jaw-related treatments. Over the past 10 years, he has personally performed more than 7,000 wisdom tooth extractions, earning a reputation for being extremely gentle. Patients often report very minimal discomfort during recovery, thanks to his precise technique and calm approach. Beyond extractions, his expertise also includes jaw alignment and correcting jaw disharmony, which allows him to handle even the most complicated bite and facial balance cases.

His education didn’t stop there. Dr. Ayman continued advanced training at the University of Connecticut and Howard University and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Along the way, he published research internationally and presented his work in the U.S., Japan, Australia, Belgium, Korea, and Taiwan—always staying on the cutting edge of orthodontics and jaw surgery.

Now, as the founder of Wow Orthodontics, Dr. Ayman combines advanced technology with the thoughtful, precise care he learned during his training in Japan. His philosophy is simple: keep treatments effective, never flashy, and always focused on what’s best for the patient. Whether it’s braces, clear aligners, jaw correction, or wisdom teeth removal, he takes pride in making every visit positive and stress-free.

Dr. Ayman speaks Arabic, Japanese, and English—and is now picking up Spanish too! Beyond his expertise, he’s known for his warm, personal touch with every patient. At Wow Orthodontics & Wisdom Teeth, his mission is simple: to create smiles that truly Wow! 😁✨
